Most competitors reduce check valve porting above ˝", our valves offer full porting to 2" in SAE or NPT ports. At 80 GPM a competitor's 1-1/4" check valve has a pressure drop 22 Psi higher than Behringer's product. This translates to over 1 HP that is converted to heat (over 2600 BTU/HR) rather than being available to do work. If your customer's energy costs are only 6 cents per KWH this costs them $180 per year when operated 80 hours per week. This does not include the additional costs of removing heat from the system or fluid and component degradation caused by higher system temperatures. Roetelmann check valves offer a full bore, Zero leakage (per Din3230, part3), a hydraulically dampened poppet and automotive grade springs to withstand up to 10 million cycles. |
