Full Ported Check Valves

Most competitors reduce check valve porting above 1/2", our valves offer full porting to 2" in SAE or NPT ports. At 80 GPM a competitor's 1-1/4" check valve has a pressure drop 22 psi higher than Behringer's product. This translates to over 1 HP that is converted to heat (over 2600 BTU/HR) rather than being available to do work. If our customer's energy costs are only 6 cents per KWH this costs them $180 per year when operated 80 hours per week. This does not inclue the additional costs of removing heat from system or fluid and component degradation caused by higher system temperatures.
