Bultmann Supplies Straight Draw Equipment of Tubes, Bars, and Sections for all the primary metals industry. From 500kg to 500 metric ton draw force, from 1 meter draw length to 80 meter draw length, for all materials, Bultmann can develop and supply the Draw Bench for your requirements.

B. Internal Gripper Systems:

Drawing of tubes is a revolutionary process Bultmann patented to straight draw of tube without the pointing process. The Internal Gripper System attached to your conventional Draw Carriage reaches through the draw die and grips the tube to be reduced from the surface of the inside diameter (See Fig. B1)

This process has already been installed on Draw Benches for Steel; Copper; and Aluminum Tubes with diameters ranging from 3/4" to 12" in diameter. For Steel Tubes the process works best to anneal after every pass.

The Bultmann Internal Gripper System can be retrofitted onto your existing drawing carriage or Bultmann can supply a new carriage for your existing Tube Straight Draw Equipment.
